02. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
Bharat SoftLogix retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform architecture, proprietary code, designs, algorithms, visual styles, and studio brand identity.
03. Acceptable Use
Our platforms are built to support legitimate software engineers, brokers, and enterprises. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
- Utilize PurePolicy’s automated outreach or reminder features for unsolicited spam, phishing, harassment, or unlawful monitoring.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe our security defenses, or compromise multi-tenant data boundaries.
04. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS-IS”)
Our software ecosystem is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for zero-defect releases and maximum uptime, Bharat SoftLogix makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or immunity from third-party API changes (such as updates to the WhatsApp Business platform or Figma APIs).
05. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bharat SoftLogix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption) arising from your use or inability to use our tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
